Raha Voiture is a car rental agency providing short-term and long-term vehicle rentals across Morocco. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and all rental services offered by Raha Voiture.
To rent a vehicle, you must:
Be at least the minimum legal driving age required in Morocco.
Hold a valid driving licence.
Present a valid passport or national identity card upon request.
Meet any additional requirements communicated during the booking process.
Raha Voiture reserves the right to refuse a rental if these requirements are not met.
Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Raha Voiture. Vehicle availability is subject to demand, and while we always aim to provide the selected vehicle, we reserve the right to supply an equivalent or upgraded model when necessary.
The rental period begins at the agreed pick-up date and time and ends when the vehicle is returned. Returning the vehicle later than agreed may result in additional charges. If you wish to extend your rental, please contact Raha Voiture before the scheduled return time.
Rental charges must be paid according to the agreed booking terms. Additional fees may apply for late returns, fuel shortages, excessive cleaning, traffic fines, vehicle damage not covered by insurance, and any optional services requested by the customer. All applicable taxes are included unless otherwise stated.
A refundable security deposit may be required before collecting the vehicle. This deposit may be used to cover vehicle damage, missing equipment, fuel differences, unpaid charges, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period. Any remaining balance will be refunded after the vehicle has been inspected.
The renter agrees to drive responsibly, comply with all Moroccan traffic laws, keep the vehicle secure, and use it only for lawful purposes. The vehicle must not be driven by unauthorised drivers or used for racing, off-road driving, towing, or any illegal activity without prior written approval.
Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level. If the fuel level is lower than when the vehicle was collected, refuelling charges may apply.
All vehicles include the insurance coverage specified at the time of booking. Insurance may not cover damage resulting from negligent driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, intentional damage, unauthorised drivers, or any breach of the rental agreement. The renter remains responsible for costs not covered by the insurance policy.
In the event of an accident or mechanical issue, the renter must contact Raha Voiture immediately, notify the appropriate authorities when required by law, and cooperate fully with all insurance procedures. The renter should not admit liability before an official report has been completed.
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets, toll charges, and any other penalties incurred during the rental period. Administrative processing fees may also apply.
Cancellation and modification requests should be made as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the booking conditions and the circumstances of the cancellation.
The vehicle must be returned on time, in good condition, with all supplied accessories and documentation. Normal wear and tear is acceptable; however, customers remain responsible for any avoidable damage or missing items.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
